This deeply soothing session focuses on easing lower back tension, reducing swelling in the legs and alleviating shoulder strain. Using the side lying position and supporting cushioning this massage unwinds the nervous system and soothes aching muscles. Prenatal massage is available after the first trimester.

A relaxing half-hour facial designed for all skin types. Includes multiple cleanses, exfoliation, anti-stress massage, facial mask and moisturizing protection. This warm compress treatment will make your skin glow, while soothing your mind and body. Does not include extractions.
